Porsche 991.1/2 Turbo/S - Valved Exhaust w Cat Spare Pipes (CES3)



The complete CAPRISTO high performance system is intended to be a balanced increase between power, drive ability and sound quality, without forgetting of course a substantial loss of weight. All of this is delivered while maintaining the CAPRISTO best of both worlds philosophy which provides the capability to produce an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving. Power Gain of ~15-20 HP without tuning.

This feature is possible using vacuum-actuated valve flaps that open and close depending on driving conditions and input from the driver. At lower engine speeds and during cruise operation the valves are closed and produce a deeper exhaust note. At wide-open throttle, the valves open releasing the full symphony of the engine.

The exhaust valves are backpressure-controlled and via the included Valve Controller Remote which allows you to control the flaps to open permanently, without the in-series control being able to intervene. When the exhaust valve system is closed again with the use of the remote control unit, then the in-series control unit will again take over the control of the exhaust valves. This allows precise control of the exhaust based on the drivers personal tastes and tolerance.

CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured utilizing advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory in Germany. Each system is made of high-grade T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).

Cat Delete Test Pipes:

These lightweight test pipes fit in place of the heavy OEM catalytic converters. Using test pipes removes the flow restriction a catalytic converter places on an exhaust system, while increasing the horsepower. The silencing effect of the converters are also removed, enhancing the aggressive engine sound. Test pipes are ideal for track days and race application.

Lambda or Oxygen Sensor Bungs are pre-installed and threaded.

Made from T309 (1.4828) stainless steel.

*Recommended For Off-Road and Track Use Only*

Removing Your OEM Catalytic Converter/s may trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light). To disable a recurring CEL you will need to tune the ECU.
